CRITERIA: To be eligible for further consideration by the FPCA CHILDCARE CENTER COMMISSION, all qualified and licensed Child Caregivers will be required to complete and return the "APPLICATION/QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY FOR RENT FORM" that is located on the third page of this Website (accessible by clicking the "APPLICATION/QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENT FORM" tab of the Menu located at the top of this website). The deadline for all completed APPLICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY FOR RENT to be returned shall be Friday, June 27, 2025. Once the returned APPLICATION/QUALIFICATIONS FORMS are evaluated using the same objective criteria and scoring method, those with the highest scores will be invited to tour the property and present written and documented proof that meets with the criteria mentioned below:

- Proof of previous Childcare Center Ownership/Directorship;

- Proof of Bible-Based Curriculum with paid license and certification(s);

- A 1-year and 5-year business plan with proposed tuition rates and policies;

- Certifications required to own and operate a Childcare Center

in Fairfax County and State of Virginia (to be obtained within 3

months) for children 3 months through 6 years of age;

- Current and continued compliance with DSS and VDOE standards;

- Current and continued compliance with CPR/AED/First Aid Training and

- Certifications for all Staff;

- Serious applicants only.
