I am an interested, qualified, certified, and professional Child Care Provider that is interested in opening up a Christian Childcare Center at First Presbyterian Church of Annandale.

Required Criteria: If requested, I can personally present immediate written documentation and proof of the following (check the items for which you can personally provide proof):

____ - Proof of at least five (5) years of previous ownership and operation of a non-franchise (non-Religiously-Exempt) Christian Childcare Center within the Commonwealth of Virginia and/or Fairfax County;

____- Owner and/or Director must be present on site at least 50% of the time the Christian childcare center is open during Mondays through Fridays every week;

_____- Proof of Bible-Based Curriculum with paid license(s) and certification(s);

____ - A short-term and long-term business plan that includes proposed tuition rates, special

programs, and policies that include ways to provide excellent and affordable Christian childcare

for low-income families;

____- Proof that you can meet all criteria and requirements for certifications required to own
and operate a LICENSED Christian childcare center within the rental space

provided by the First Presbyterian Church of Annandale in Fairfax County/State of Virginia (by no later than August 30, 2025) for children 3 months through 6 years of age;

____- Current and continued compliance with DSS and VDOE standards;

____- Current and continued compliance with CPR/AED/First Aid Training;

- That ALL STAFF MEMBERS have and will maintain current and future ALL Fairfax

County and Virginia State required Childcare Professional Certifications in writing and on

File to be readily available for County/State Inspector’s planned/surprise inspections;

____- Valid Copy of Certification of Paid and Adequate Liability and other necessary Insurance;

____- Three written and positive Letters of Reference (with contact information);

____- Demonstration of ability to put down a security deposit and ability to make and agreed- upon rental payments for the duration of the Contract.

Once we receive your Completed Application at office@fpcannandale.org, the First Presbyterian Church of Annandale, Inc. Board of Trustees will review your application and will contact you at the email address and phone number that you have listed above. Showings will be available by invitation only and only in the evenings for those who meet the above Criteria. Thank you!
